LiftWize DataStream Limited currently uses the following Sub-processors to process Personal Data in delivering our SaaS marketing analytics and cross-channel attribution services:

Google Ireland Limited

• Country: Ireland

• Processing Activities: Core cloud infrastructure, application servers, temporary caching databases, cloud data streams, and computational functions.

• Country/Area Where Processing Activities Are Carried Out: European Union (typically Germany and Belgium), United States, and global regional hubs. Regional data routing limits are maintained based on subscription features.

Amazon Web Services, EMEA SARL

• Country: Luxembourg

• Processing Activities: Primary cloud platform hosting, secure storage repositories, user access token encryption databases, cloud pipelines, and microservices.

• Country/Area Where Processing Activities Are Carried Out: European Union (primarily Ireland and Germany) and the United States.

Usercentrics A/S (Cookiebot)

• Country: Denmark

• Processing Activities: Automated cookie consent management, user jurisdiction geolocation checks, and logging user privacy preference states (Consent ID logs).

• Country/Area Where Processing Activities Are Carried Out: European Union (primarily hosted on secure cloud infrastructure within Germany and Belgium).

Cloudflare, Inc.

• Country: USA

• Processing Activities: Global edge network infrastructure, Content Delivery Network (CDN) caching, Web Application Firewall (WAF) security perimeters, DDoS mitigation, and endpoint routing.

• Country/Area Where Processing Activities Are Carried Out: Worldwide edge nodes across the EU, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Japan, Singapore, and Australia. Data processing localized suite rules are applied to keep sensitive parsing within the EU/EEA boundaries.
